Pelvic Floor Recovery is an integral component of the postnatal phase. After birth the body needs to heal, recover, and rebuild musculature to find a new homeostasis.
Each class, we begin with relaxation, breath-work, and then build to a short yoga flow and the beloved Kegel! You will find a renewed sense of strength, confidence, and grounded empowerment after just 45 minutes of this unique pelvic floor work.
